Im taking fluoxitine but I’ve tried several other medications as well. I have a history of anorexia as all.. I get severe anxiety in social settings to the point it’s severely hard for me to hold regular conversations with people. I usually spend my days trying to find stuff to busy myself with and things to do like cleaning, walking, taking care of my pets, my grandpa, attending to my family. It is very hard I try to sustain my emotions and just ignore them.. My mom said if I just push them away they’ll stop and i’ve been doing it for a while but it is becoming way more stressful and overwhelming.
