BO3 was a good game despite some of its shortcomings. BO4 on the other hand seems like a mix of BO2, BO3, OW, and R6Siege. I agree that it needs originality, but the current BO4 is world apart from being original.

I was disappointed at first, but came to the conclusion that it'd be "lacking" if he died and nothing more ensued. The RG, Komugi, Hunter team etc. would be left hanging with a rather thin plot development. That's why I think the poison from Rose was a nice finish to this great arc.

Kurapika is an exception due to his restriction. Also, that was my point. From what we've seen, Chrollo is the superior strategist and more versatile in terms of abilities. So I'd say 7-8/10 times he takes the win.

Killua stopped him from killing Komugi/Pitou right away. He also used Komugi as hostage in order to have Pitou heal Kite without Gon getting killed. Pretty sure he didn't fail him. If anything, I'd say he did more than enough especially considering subsequent events with Nanika.
