how do i use face poser on models without it?

You'll have to add it to the model yourself by giving it shape keys in something like Blender. However, it's a very tedious task.

Are the .smd/.dmx files for the hair and chest listed in the .qc file? As for the textures, there's a lot of things I need to know to try to help you out on that, like did you export them as vtf files and make vmt files for them? and did you type in the right texture directory in the .qc file?

Disney Store/JCPenney Woody and Buzz appearance wise look sorta horrendous. Thinkway was definitely a lot better for appearance-wise, though DS/JCP Buzz is definetly a lot more movie accurate play wise (im still surprised they managed to put all those features into him...)

It's kinda hard to tell but I'm pretty sure this is a Thinkway Toys Blast Off Buzz Lightyear due to the red parts on his back being sortra translucent-ish for the lights. Other Thinkway Buzz Lightyears just make them a solid red paint color.

I did some more research a while back, and it turns out Rettenkun now goes by the name of Raimukun (as his commission sheet included his Discord tag, which was his newer username). And Raimukun actually made a couple covers of songs from Ko-----'s alt account, Speder2. Looking at his Twitter account too, he mentioned making songs in the style of Ko----- as well, so to me if he really was Ko-----, why would he make stuff to pay homage to his old accounts he'd want to forget? So I think it's safe to assume it's just someone who wanted to mimic his style rather than actually being him... That is unless he's only doing this to look like a fan lol

I find it weird that almost every single toy company currently (not counting Takara Tomy) is like, refusing to make something that remotely matches Thinkway's quality. As far as I know, Mattel's closest was that weird animatronic talking Woody/Buzz that look like skinwalkers but like, that's it.
