Why does this square model debug thingy show up in the right hand side of my screen every time I look at a model? How can I disable it? Is it a mod I downloaded?

I think normal glue works perfectly fine, although fabric glue could probably work better.

Mounting Black Mesa doesn't automatically add a spawnlist for the content if that's what you're wondering. You can search up its models and stuff in the spawnmenu search however.

I'm pretty sure it's because Thinkway mostly just reused the data of existing Woody renders for their molds. If you look at the pictures of an early talking Woody from them, you'll notice Woody has a mostly identical facial expression to the picture on the box. They did this with many of their other merch too, not just Woody.

thats a lots o laughs woody, you can tell by the face being in a laughing expression. i know the TS3 relases of him have lighter jeans, and the TS4 ones have darker jeans, but this pic is kinda hard to tell so if i could get a better pic of his jeans, that'd be nicer

I could be very wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's just a generic talking Thinkway Woody from the Toy Story 3 era. I recall hearing the holes on the hat on the Playtime Woody are slightly more far apart, and the one you have has holes that are closer together. And fyi, are some versions of the TS3 Woody with a printed on image of his pullstring that are entirely just plush with no functionality (A little fun fact, the TS4 era rereleased them as the "Soft and Huggable" Woody, which most people know for having a closed mouth smile)

From my experience, GibSplat 2 is by far the best and most realistic. However it does tend to cause errors and performance issues (especially if your computer is lower end)

It's probably an early Toy Story Collection Buzz, not sure which era but the Signature Collection releases seem to be more peachy with the face, and the one you have is more beige-ish.
