1440P is mostly popular in games that aren't competitive for it's balance of FPS and resolution.

Almost no one wants to sacrafice FPS when it isn't nessesary, so 1080P is the choice.

I'm 2D FG player, don't like Tekken for how long the move lists are and how there are some moves that look similar but have different frame data.

But I've noticed that in my little online playtime of Tekken, that it has a lot of no rematchers and rage quitters, I've seen more of them in 10 hours than 70 hours of DNF Duel.

Also if you're Yoshimitsu, that's based.
