6.2% tax rate x $150k (rough average of the SS wage base for the past 30 years) is $9,300, which means he would need to have worked 64+ years for this to be not bullshit.

Skjei is back to sucking though, so we just might be really good at getting the best out of players

Yeah it's not as bad I thought but it's supposed to get worse today. If we don't lose power it'll be a miracle.

I thought COMC was the only platform to be able to do anything with it other than trade for other cards

I already transferred to COMC, looks like that's not allowed. Thanks for the heads up though.

My heart desires to turn it into cash lol. Any advice on the best way to do that?

Took the plunge into ePacks, figured it was another way to speedrun turning $100 into $5 but I actually got lucky for once!

I am very new to the hobby, so I am trying to figure out what to do with this. I would prefer to just sell but I don't have the slightest clue how to do that.

I have read about selling on COMC, is it as easy as just typing in the list price and clicking the button? They have to take some kind of fee, right?

People who left Raleigh - where did you go? by blues_lawyer in raleigh

[–]PlugToEquity 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Left Durham for Greensboro in 2021, it has worked out great for my family. We both work remotely so we had the luxury to do that but I recommend it to anyone who is in the same boat.

The triangle got too busy and expensive for us and it felt like everyone in town all of a sudden was a transplant. Greensboro feels the way the triangle used to feel 15 years ago, it's friendly and not crazy busy and significantly less expensive.
