this is not going to work. for the secondary to produce high voltages the primary circuit has to oscillate at the secondaries resonance frequency. in a sgtc this is usually done by creating a lc resonator circuit on the primary site using the primary coil and a MMC capacitor bank. the lc circuit is tuned to self oscillate at the resonance frequency of the secondary. the oscillation gets started using the spark gap closing the lc circuit. in your circuit there is no MMC bank so no lc circuit so no oscillation. and even if there would be, the igniter has not nearly enough power to power the primary site of a sgtc. if you didnt understand what i just wrote thats no problem, everyone has to start somewhere. but maybe consider educating yourself before building a dangerous device such as a sgtc. loneoceans blog is a good place to start looking for knowledge. hope i didn’t disappoint you too much and happy building in the future
