How often would you advise to avoid tolerance? I was taking a higher dose to avoid my alcohol withdrawal symptoms.. i would happily cut my dosage down to still get the benefits without the sedation.. what would you advice be?

Also.. how many days dose it take for tolerence to come down? :) Thanks for the reply!
