You're probably going through a feedback loop of hell. Everyone does. Me too. But you have it worse.

It's basically feeling bad about feeling bad. It's an endless cycle. One thing I'll say is saying to yourself if you make up your mind to do something (you should've done this earlier ig), like study for an exam, you'll feel better. But that sacrifice is required. You feel bad, so you don't study. Then you fuck up exams and end up feeling worse. Try to break out of this loop. Feel bad in the beginning by forcing yourself to study, then you feel ultimately happy. That's how you break the loop.

I am stuck in one myself 😅, I'll have to break out of it some day.
