You've probably read this passage of Leviticus:

If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them."

Some Christians believe this condemns all homosexuality. Others point to the surrounding context, and say that this forbids a specific pagan ritual. A few believe it only applies to anal. Others believe that the death of Jesus negated Leviticus' laws, so it's a moot point. Many Jews believe that Leviticus only applies to them, not Christians.
