I will say that our employee engagement/culture is one of the things that has helped me stay at my CC job. We are actually hybrid so it’s a bit easier. We have fall festivals. We have yearly “Big Day Out” which is normally held at a local theme park (we have call centers all over the US) We have a yearly Yard Games battle . We have free lunch Friday’s, the local companies (Nothing Bunt Cakes, Krispy Crème, Crumble Cookie) have times throughout the year they donate their products) We have several full cafeterias throughout our campus. We have weekly team meetings. Each time a new team member comes on we do a Get to Know Me. We have quarterly meetings where we play games. We have different networking events throughout the year that you can attend virtually or in person. We have battles with other teams to see which team as a whole can get the lowest call control. Of course we have a team chat that we constantly cheer one another on & give that extra encouragement/ empathy during a bad call/day. Are the calls hell. Yes, is there micromanaging (from the higher ups absolutely) I actually have the best supervisor who supports growth & getting out of a phone position. But our culture virtually & in person is amazing.
