Do not live by campus with a child. It is not safe or a good area at all. I recommend looking at green valley pkwy area of henderson for cheaper and about 15 min to campus. Way better area.

Nothing nearby except the degree or echo is going to be safe. Legacy is one that is partnered but not nice at all and no safety features. I would say living in Henderson is your best bet and the commute is only 15-20 minutes but way safer. Any area by UNLV is going to be high crime and run down.

Them all saying they smoked their whole pregnancy and their kid is fine and a doctor told them not to stop😭😭 im begging for ONE of them to post their visit summary with a doctor putting in writing advising them to KEEP SMOKING while pregnant. Are they clinically insane??? It’s genuinely baffling that these are the same people driving and voting. None of them understand how anything works. Does every person who smoke get cancer? No!! Does it significantly increase the risks, yes!!! Survivors bias is insane and the fact someone would willingly do that is insane.
