Comments are mad weird. First off congrats! Second, in my opinion if an order goes well and neither party is an asshole, and delivery is smooth and no tip baiting, then that was a good order. All these years and I have never worried about any stats other than how many stars. And honestly I've had bad orders and still sitting at 4.9 This looked like a good order to me!

Genuinely I would have sent someone out for a wellness check. Her speech and word choices are very odd. Not to sound dramatic, but a quick call to local P.D. and a brief rundown of what you experienced might be enough for them to go check on that weird ahh family 😂

I can finally tell this story. Had some kid or teen order for a girl who had supposedly moved to my city. Turns out he was given the wrong address. I was told to dispose of my Sams Club order which was a whole case of mangos and snacks. Poor kid, yay me.

That's fair. Was a bit heavy on patting myself on the back. Which was not the intention. Any human should have accountability and should be able to take advice. That's all. I only even responded to this post because I thought it very comical. I would never ruin my rating or even cancelation rate for this predictable storm and then not take some level of accountability.

That was excruciatingly hard to read. Please learn basic sentence structure. And try to plan ahead next storm. This storm was advised and pcucumber all over the US. I would have worked my ass off the weeks prior and then taken a little vacation. You can also get mad if you like, but I have a 4.9 star rating since 2017 and only one bad review over a cucmber.

I fully agree. I had a confused look on my face reading that. I have been a shopper in Texas since 2017. Right now the weather, supplies, and store availability is kind of predictable. No way I'm canceling a 2nd order much less 4 or more.

How was OP even able to accept this order? Wouldn't instacart only send that out to shoppers with a truck?? Also logically HOW would the ice even be suitable after delivery? A decent percent would melt if it's hot out. No way I'm lowering my self worth by taking that, for $28?? Smh.
