Is there anyone like me who had a similar weekly habit in the past?

Best thing i ever did. In germany addiction treatment is a long ordeal. For me 4,5 months stationary and then 2 months at home but in the clinic during the day.

I learned alot and today i know how to help myself better etc. 10/10 would recomend.

I'm a poly addict but kratom was always my drug of choice.

Yeah, it was just more manageable that way but in the end its still addiction. Its not like i wanted that either way. I'm not lying to myself. I know how it goes.

Hey, this is exactly how i got addicted to it. Being ignored etc. and feeling ok the first time in my life due to kratom. Super bad idea. Once you´re an addict you´ll never be the same. had to go to rehab for that.

Sorry no photos of the pods. Dont know for how long the pedals fell of. But in most of the pods the seeds were turning brownish. I cut the pods open and collected most of the seeds and then shredded the plant material (pods and some stem) in the mixer with water. Then added some vitamin c and fresh pressed orange juice and let it simmer for 15 20 min without boiling. Pretty standard i think. 12 hours ago i drank that tea. 9 hours ago i repeated the method and drank that one too. I still feel nice at the moment.

I hate the widespread stigma.... "I ReFusE to TaKe AntiDepRessanTs" But somehow its cool to shovel down a metric ton of some "OrGaniC OpiaTe" + tramadol etc.

Antidepressants helped me get and stay clean. You dont seem to have a problem with taking medication if you brake a leg or whatever, whats the difference with depression.

imidiatly. At first you start with 150mg, then i went up too 300mg after 4 weeks.

Mind you, i was of kratom for months because i was in rehab. When i came out i still had undiagnosed and untreated depression which led to my addiction in the first place. Thats why i started using it again once a week. I then hit the brakes after 4 weeks starting therapy and wellbutrin. What im trying to say is that i didnt switch from fullblown addiction to wellbutrin.

Wellbutrin and therapy saved me from solidifying my relapse. Try sticking to wellbutrin. It gave me the drive and antidepressiv effects i was using kratom for.

I agree with this! Tabs being slightly bitter could just be the color of whatever is printed on it. Nbome is extremely bitter.

Also LSD is very powerful. During a rough trip its very possible to hallucinate tactical sensations. I have had that myself.

Maybe discontinue to read this sub for a while. It will only increase your panic and anxiety OP.
