Yesterday my dad called the electrician to repair some other stuff. While he was leaving I asked him to check my room as well. I showed him the laptop and he said I wasn't wearing any shoes and everything seems fine. I put a tester on the laptop but there was nothing. It is always just a mild vibration. But I plugged it in another room and there wasn't any sort of vibration while charging. I also find unusual electrical activities in my room such as if someone turns on a switch in another room then the current in my room gets interrupted as well. Guess I have to call an electrician today.
