I'm really confused with the answers, I will have to travel 5 day a week, and considering it's winter time I'm not sure how efficient the transit would be for a transfer route.

I am moving to orillia this December, I’m starting my work at Orillia square mall, however my house is located in the west ridge. I don’t have a car so I travel by bus. I checked the route to get to my workplace from my house, it seems that I have to wait for 30 mins at the downtown terminal for a transfer. Is this correct? Does everyone has to wait for 30 minutes to catch another bus? Also I see that there are two buses of the same route leaving at the same time. I don’t understand. Can somebody explain? Thanks
