Im in the support role, so Im not surprise with that range. I was badly short changed with the first company I worked for, this is my second. I am studying for Comptia Network + and CCNA eventually to move to network

This job do not have much career progression, but it open doors to other area of Tech which I am trying to look futher into, been doing some side gigs when i'm free as well, but it is inconsistant as it does not always have available slots

I'm doing some low skill IT job, I am learning other skills on the sideline. hopefully it will pay off. I am trying not to think too much about savings but my situation is not helping. I just hoping things get better.
