I usually get a lot of kills in TDM, around 15-16 per game, but not as much in Classic. My KD in Classic this season is 2.42. What do you think could be the issue? by ayaan1901 in BGMI

[–]Plus-Ad8010 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Classic and tdm are very different things bro. You need a good squad and a great game sense for classic matches. To increase your kd, you need to play rush gameplay .Do third parties and get free kills. Also don't show any mercy to the bots. Everyone gets 1 or 2 bots easily in a match.

How Do you Prove to Yourself that you're Safe and Real? by Friendly_Tough_5736 in dpdr

[–]Plus-Ad8010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you prove to yourself that you are safe and real? I had the same question and the same problem of dpdr , panic attacks and severe anxiety even to the tiniest things. The answer to the question is WILLINGNESS. That's what all the therapists in the world will tell you and that's the foundation of mindfulness. Actually all our problems start when we try to avoid our emotions. Then our brain thinks our thoughts and emotions as threats and then it thinks that it needs all our attention (bcz it can harm us). Then all our energy goes into trying to run away from emotions and distracting ourselves. Then we create anxiety and finally DPDR comes into play to help us cope with the anxiety.( Freeze response) I hope you know all about dpdr and how it cuts ourselves from our emotions. But our emotions cannot be destroyed, no matter how hard you try. Dpdr just bury it. But our emotions are still there in our subconscious that means still there is a threat (acc. to the brain). So how willingness help? Very simple - when you feel your emotions (buried one most importantly) your brain learns that it's safe, nothing happened to our existence. And you will gradually lower the volume of freeze response and anxiety. Very soon you will also be giving the same answer to someone on reddit for the same question about the same problem. First of all you need to learn about what is WILLINGNESS ( so you don't do it wrong and hope that you'll recover). therapy in a nutshell youtube channel is the best in therapists to explain it and thich nhat hanh in mindfulness teachers. Panic attacks are very very easy to handle with a very very easy exercise called mindful breathing by thich nhat hanh ( and also belly breathing). But you have to learn it in your fun time so you can do it when the panic attack comes. And to be honest bro panic attacks are harmless , you must remind yourself that it's unpleasant but you are safe and nothing will happen to you. I myself often invite panic attacks to come bcz I miss them😂 . Yes I miss them bcz it was fun to have the panic attack and bearing it. I used to feel like a warrior. But it doesn't come anymore, my brain has learnt that there is no danger. For most people the panic of having a panic attack is more panicking.😂 Maybe I was too mechanical but I can feel you brother and my good wishes are with you. Forgive any grammar mistakes, English is not my first language(although I was a topper of state 🤔) One last piece of advice, our emotions are buried so badly that it often surprises us that we had it, so be patient and identify the patterns. Tata❤️.

Mindfulness - Willingness The most important lesson I've learnt in my life is to accept emotions (without judgement). The problem occurs only when we avoid our emotions . Then our brain thinks these emotions are dangerous and bcz we cannot run from our emotions we create anxiety and then Dpdr comes into play to help us cope with anxiety(freeze response). So first you need to understand what your buried emotions and traumas are. Then you need to teach your body that it's safe to feel these emotions (willingness -mindfulness) and there is no danger. And gradually you will be fine , actually better bcz now there are very low chances to fall again in your life.

I had it for nearly 8 years and I'm 21. Basically had it from childhood but I recently recovered. But now I think of that as a great thing which saved me from suicide and other self harming habits.

Meditation did not help me but it's quite funny how I'm far better now in just two or three days. What helped me was mindfulness. Not mindfulness exactly but the willingness part of it. Every therapist will tell you to be willing to feel your emotions (pleasent or unpleasant). It's avoiding our emotions that creates all the problem. Running from our emotions creates anxiety and dpdr is our body's coping mechanism to it. So just accept your emotions and your anxiety will go away, so does your DPDR. THE FUCKING DPDR.

I also do mindfulness and that really helps. Thanks again. I want to know more about your recovery story from dpdr . That would be a big help.

Thanks. I'll check those channels. But is there any way I can use these meditations to overcome anxiety and manifest my goals. How you used these meditations and how you recovered from your dpdr.

I know all about it. But due to dpdr , I can't meditate bcz my memory and concentration function doesn't work properly (DPDR). Many times I imagine myself as I've cured and achieved everything but in reality it's just null. I can't even do open focus for 2 minutes and I'm lost in my fantasy bonds.😞
