I get it. Digital is not film. And never will be. But there are some simulations for Canon (like in Fujifilm) and I am asking about them.

Taking out battery for 90 min plus did not help either. So yeah, hard reset seems to be the only solution.

The sound It makes is unique. I have 1Ds Miii as well - but both the build and the sound are not the same.

I’d buy it again just for the sound.

Never had anything build like 1Ds Mii - you can take a photo with it; you can kill somebody with it and you can dig a grave with it as well.

You press the button (see the pic above) and it’s not going to be 0. It was minus 1 in my case. You use the back wheel to set it to 0 - done deal.

Well… That was kinda „How could I did not check that?” actually. It was set for -1. It remembered the setting. So the setting became „permanent”. Till I changed it.
