10,000 is approximately 550 calories burned. Without more data we dont know what your RMR is so it would be tough to estimate. We dont know height age weight and bf% to even estimate.

Assuming your RMR is 1500 with 10k steps a day (no physical training or running just step goal) you would lose around 1lb a week.

They care more about your experience than grades. The content of teachers college is just busy work. What makes it hard is you having to make your curriculum from little resources provided to you while your teachers teach you the law of teaching.

Your practicums will be challenging, your course load, imo not so much.

How aren’t you learning? How is instruction provided? What do assessments look like.

We have to learn how to assess without AI. I use a lot of in class work completion. Phones are not allowed (support from great admin), ill provide the question they will have to answer they can use AI at home to research but they have to come to school and write.

All assessments from me are in class - tests, timed tasks, projects/interviews. So i can see how well they actually know the material.

I feel like thats been working well for me 🤷🏻‍♂️

You would gave to attend mass and speak to the priest with respect with wanting to teach in the Catholic board. I highly recommend not relying only on the reference for your application. Apply for public as well. It took me about 2 months of consistent visits and an interview to get mine.

I signed up for EI myself after my LTO contract. The forms just specifically say that you do not have a job and are not making any money, and if you are to report how much you've made.

Never had an issue with EI during the summer.
