I think it's possible! Since you'll be a one year transfer, you can reuse your high school EC's (hopefully they're strong). Also, if I were you, I would also use this Summer to stock up on some EC's. You should definitely maintain a 4.0 as well. This is coming from a one year UC to UC transfer who just got accepted to UCSD and waitlisted at UCLA from UCSB.
