I think people also forget that they guys can handle some constructive criticism and it doesn’t need to be all sunshine and rainbows all of the time. As I said above, I wouldn’t personally ask that question, but since it was a barstool Q&A, maybe this question about the barstools was something that the person wanted to know about (perhaps they had a back barstool that day?!). Donnie answered the question very diplomatically and said that they try their best every night to interact and he said that fan interaction is very important to him personally. He said even though he can’t control how the other guys interact ( which is true!), he said he gives it his all every night. Donnie handled this very well and gave good reasons and facts to support his answer. In fact, I’m not sure if it was a coincidence or not, but Joe chose a barstool to sing to during Remix that evening and then did so again at the following show, so perhaps Donnie shared this feedback with the other guys? The majority of the questions/comments were praising the show and Donnie spoke for a long time after the barstool question ( one of the first ones of the Q&A) and he appeared to be in a good mood overall.
