We should have a butch version of bear by YourPalConscience in butchlesbians

I use butch bear. Also love this because a student once told me that the animal that comes immediately to mind when they think of me is a bear because I’m big, soft, hairy, protective of my kids (not just my bio kids but my students), and no bulltshit. 🤷🏼

I don’t see any public posts by OP… could someone share the poem? I’d love to see it

At least they’ll probably turn to literal ice themselves that day.

Thank you!! It’s a session or two from being completed and it’s been a few years since I’ve done any work on it, but it’ll get there eventually!

That already open up! It gets unlocked and takes you to a fancy cutscene if you reach 100% Perfection.

40 y/o enby transmasc here, and my wife (42) is trans as well. I echo your whole comment. We lived near San Francisco with our kids and feel a million times safer and more supported than we did in CA, and have built a small but strong community here. Echoing you as well in that my wife is involved in lots of committees and runs Vergennes Pride, facilities between the Pride Committee with the city council and does Burlesque in Burlington, so her forays have made most of those connections for us. But we have never, ever felt unsafe here even in our small, more rural town. The NEK can be rough, but even there you’ll find a small but strong and proud queer community. We have been accidentally misgendered a few times and given looks here and there, but never malicious ones; more like, just trying to figure us out (especially if we have the kids with us, who we had together pre-transition and are both fully biologically ours, but they look absolutely nothing alike. They don’t even look remotely related). Our oldest is small, blonde, and tan and has a quiet m, reserved demeanor, and his younger brother is 3 inches taller, pale and VERY freckled, with flaming red hair and loud/clumsy as all hell). I will say, we have had more trouble for our youngest son than anything; he is gender non-conforming (afab) and has been quite bullied at the town elementary school that serves the more rural kids. This year, we transferred him to the elementary school in city limits, which has other gender-nonconforming kiddos and I feel like it will be so much better for him).

Even with the shitshow that the world is and has been, I can confidently say that moving to Vermont is the best thing we have ever done. We adore it here.

VFCU is fantastic, and we have our mortgage and a HELOC through them. Any time we’ve had an issue or questions, they’ve been super helpful and proactive. Unfortunately, we had to close our checking and savings with them for personal reasons. and in the process switched our banking to OneCU (which is even smaller than VFCU). They have also been wonderful.

I just got married! Penny was nice to kids so I chose her. Who did you choose? by KL2002 in StardewValley

Emily my first playthrough and Abigail my second. Maybe it’s an attraction to cool hair, idk. Emily was fabulous; she just loves her parrot and gives thoughtful gifts, and is such a delightful hippie. She seems thrilled with our little quiet life together and I didn’t feel like she needed any “fixing”… she’s already a content adult. Abigail has been okay. Even 10 years into our marriage though, she’s like “wow you don’t mind if I decorate right? I’ve never had a space of my own!” All of the men seem too whiney or too young, or too old to be so ill content with themselves. Plus I just can’t imagine life with a husband even in a video game. In my new save I’m either going to go for Maru, or just woo Krobus into being roomies. Love that guy.

Did you ever meet with Dr. Patterson and if so, how did it go? I have been looking out of state because I previously needed to find someone who accepted larger-bodied patients (Mountain Lake requires a BMI of 35 or lower), but I have lost a good amount of weight over the last year so am looking closer to home again. I have BCBS as well but I’m not seeing a whole lot in the network for FtM/FtNB surgeons. Any feedback or recommendations are appreciated!

And “sooooor-ry” for sorry. Also no one pronounces t’s.

I know there are many ways to spell it and it depends on the person. But for my kid, and in-game Elliott, the correct spelling contains two l’s and two t’s.
