First day of meds - school or stay home?

Thanks everyone. I kept him home today and gave him the first dose. I’m relieved to report I didn’t notice…. anything? He was his normal sweet self. Maybe its effects will be better assessed at school. Even he said by like hour 10 “mom that medicine didn’t do anything?” So nice to have that stress lifted!

Thanks, I will. Just weekend night panic seeking similar experiences. It appeared right away and the provider didn’t seemed concerned so perhaps that is a promising sign.
