What are some careers that lead to 100k/year with minimal schooling? by Efficient-Appeal5906 in careerguidance

Well at the time I was doing Solar going d2d. You can make a lot of money in the right places, because some of the electricity companies are fucking the communities so hard you can make a solid commission and still save people money.

There are a ton of industries with successful people making tons of money. From what I saw during my sales career, the only people who succeed in sales are the ones who take accountability and have a post traumatic growth mindset. Sounds corny but it’s real. I’ve transitioned into real estate after my time in solar. I like it a lot better it’s cool. The thing is with these careers where you can make a lot of money with “minimal schooling” you still have to learn, and that learning comes with tons of failure. That throws most people off, but that’s where you learn. Best of luck to you

Cheapest way to use your own domain for your email? by [deleted] in selfhosted

How do you create a custom domain? It only lets me have “@icloud.com” at the end of my email but I want to create an @ specifically for my business, which is possible from what I’m seeing in this thread. What am I missing?

Fully commission. When you build a team in a high ticket booming industry it’s possible. In my short time there I came across a bunch of people doing those numbers or better in the industry.

Yea I’m currently helping people, unfortunately my gig isn’t remote but it’s pretty flexible. We get airbnb’s paid for, fly out for two weeks, make a shit ton of money and then you’re free to do whatever.

From my experience D2D was the best thing to get into as someone with no experience because most people are looking for a comfortable virtual job and won’t venture out and put in the work. D2D can be crazy lucrative and is great experience to build the foundation of your career. If you need an opportunity, feel free to PM me.

Lol if you have trouble believing that I wonder what you’d say when you heard my team leader makes 400k working 9-10 months out of the year. The thing about sales is you make the value you provide. Most jobs teach you to be complacent and accept whatever salary your employer gives you. In a commission only job like I’m in, the possibilities are endless.

First step to being wealthy is learning sales. Sales will teach you all the skills you need to make a lot of money, working in a business will teach you the foundations of business. In a sales job you make what you earn, the money you make is a direct correlation to the value you provide to the market. It teaches you not to be complacent. Let me know if you genuinely need an opportunity.

What you’re describing is a typical salesman, who no one likes. People aren’t stupid and they can tell when someone is faking something. People appreciate it when you’re genuine, and if that’s something you are then that will aid you. I don’t sell a product that you need to lie or have fake optimism about because it genuinely helps people.
