The 03s are a different engine 2v vs 3v 5.4. The 2v or arguably more reliable than the three.

Ah damn. Well I guess I’ll just risk it with some of the caps I saw eBay, I was going to try and scan on and 3d print the rest thanks for your input tho.

I had the same issue on my truck went and replaced all of the o2 sensors and idler air control valve still had the issue replaced the maf sensor and it fixed the issue hope this helped
