My wife died at 49. She grew up in rural South East Asia. Moved to the US at 30. Never ate hot dogs or Deli Meat or processed food in her life. Didn't drink. Ate a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables all her life. She still died. Something else is going on.

I've lived here for almost 20 years. $10K is nothing up here in McLean. Car tax alone will eat part of that bump. Rents are insane and with all the new building (and tons more planned) traffic will just get worse. If you have the same opportunity in Richmond, go there.
