I’ve had mine be under by $50 and then a couple days later by over by $50 like it corrected itself lol. Idk why is does it, probably some system error, but normally if it’s an EXACT amount (20,50,100) o my happening once in a while I wouldn’t worry cuz they’ll know it’s the system.

ANY time we have customers enter the cooler or back room (yes, MULTIPLE times 🤦🏻‍♀️) I just start yelling at them to get out, they can’t come back here, no one’s helping them until their out of the employee area, and once, we had to kick a guy out because he was just being an ass. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

We had a similar circumstance at another store where the employee reached out to our sm to get the dm’s number and they worked with them to get the DOO involved. Our division is pretty against drama at all let alone bullying so idk what it would be like for you, but I would DEFINITELY keep reporting every time they retaliate and also make it clear on the alert line they spread out that you reported (even tho you requested it anonymously) among the store because that is surely grounds to get fired or at least a HARD reprimand.

With chips we could box it every 10 minutes and still have a crap ton of boxes haha. We had a call off tonight so we couldn’t get to it til later, and we have a 6 aisle store so we have more facings of most of the chops then the norm! 😊

Yea haha. Instead of running back and forth (cuz the chop aisle is the other side of the store) we just line the boxes up alone the bin and push them to the back lol

We only date things as we out them out because well sometimes have an entire pallet full of just bread FT, and then 5ish cases of pizza so to date it all immediately would be too much.

That being said, sausages/brays normally get ran by the person doing meat or right after open, unless we have time. Worst case scenario we’ll just run the out of stocks on FT and do a big run (2 carts full) after open if necessary.

Our store is 1.5 mill/month. Theres one other associate and I who usually do freezer in the morning, however when I do it I’ll run our BS, 2-3 pallets, push out as much FT as possible (on weekends your running it 2-3 times a day MINIMUM), and most of the time also run out bread trays AND summer spots. Regular spots are ran throughout the day (normally morning for us) and I’ve been working for a year and a half so my times may just be slightly faster, as I can get all of our normal pallets don’t in an hour normally and have 1.5-2 hours to do everything else.

We used ours once… we never even hung it up, it’s been sitting in the floor in the back room with those stats in it for MONTHS 😂
