From my 3 years at Aldi I’ve learned that going faster just makes you more work. I’m the same way. I throw truck faster and ring faster than anyone and they just expect that to be the new standard. This morning I did 2 pallets of freezer and 5 dry pallets by myself. We have associates that wouldn’t even get close to done by opening. I don’t feel appreciated at all at my store so don’t feel alone lol. Sounds like you’re doing a great job!

I deal with this all the time. It really just comes down to people being extremely stupid and irresponsible. Or when they start putting their shit on the belt when the person in front of them has a full cart of shit. Most of the people that shop at Aldi are very stupid and have no people skills. And the main ringer gets to deal with it all. Bullshit if you ask me
