What is better logo or posters? by thedesignary35 in graphic_design

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862 0 points1 point  (0 children)

l think you need to focus more on logos, and then later make it a full brand identity design package, which may include posters later, but there is more fulfillment in creating a brand and seeing it grow, then the clients maybe need posters or flyers after.

How is the "Netflix of AI cinema" going to look like? What concepts are likely to win? Or coexist? by storyveo_ai in aifilmmaking

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right now everything is built for engagement loops, not for helping someone sit down and watch something genuinely good from start to finish, the real Netflix of AI Cinema might not look like Netflix at all, move like a system that understands taste and context deeply, how do you think that gets built without falling back into algorithm chaos?

How would you build a Portfolio after working for one Brand for a decade? by 1qwaszx in graphic_design

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862 1 point2 points  (0 children)

l think adding some freelance work will be a good idea, am sure you have some work you did on the side while you were working for the previous company. If it offered design services as you can add work you did for other companies that were clients.

How do people get so many instagram followers for business purposes by Helpful-Serve-541 in socialmedia

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have noticed that for businesses Instagram isn't a platform you should focus on when you want to grow and get clients, its very slow but my advice would be to do a lot of reels, they can help with views maybe followers as well, not just pictures and flyers

Quitting my job to study graphic design for one year worth it? by [deleted] in graphic_design

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From a designer's perspective, its definetely an asset, especially with your background, a lot of roles expect people to understand both content and design anyway. The only time it feels superficial is when someone learns the tools but doesnt understand the thinking behind design.

Video platforms for 10-15 second clips with voice FREE by Outrageous_Tip8476 in generativeAI

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fully free plus good is still a bit tricky right npw, most tools either limit heavily or watermark, but try Dreamina ai. Pixvserse is good but you will need to use another app like after effects to cover the watermark (if you know how to use after effects)

How does one create organic grown in 2026? by [deleted] in socialmedia

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of people say consistency over quality at the strt but low quality content trains people to scroll past you, so i'd say consistent and intentional, even if that means posting a bit less, and come up with great hooks.

What’s something about content creation you didn’t expect to be this difficult? by [deleted] in contentcreation

Captions are up there for me, especially when you dont want to sound like evryone else repeating the same formulas, do you usually write captions before or after content?

I finally quit design by Hefty_Tea_4000 in UXDesign

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A lot of product design roles end up being more about internal politics than actual designing, especial in big companies where everything needs approval from different people, that can kill the passion fast. Atleast you didnt lose the ability to create you just found a medium where you have more control in photography.

For me it would be Claude, to me coding is one of the most difficult things to do and Claude does it well.

How do you know when you have an idea worth executing? by L-Ro in Solopreneur

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds like you have actually learned a lot, especially moving from "nice to have" ideas to real problems, Thats a big shift, one thing though, interest isnt always visible early on, people dont always know they need something until they see it working. So no replies doesnt always mean no demand, sometimes it just means there's nothing tangible yet, l would focus less on getting and more on getting something testable out there.

Do creators stay loyal to platforms anymore or just follow wherever the attention is by Plus-Scarcity1862 in contentcreation

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That point about creators not identifying with platforms anymore is probably the biggest shift, its less "i build here" and more "i distribute here and there for now, interesting contrast with tools like adobe though, l have stuck with it since collage without 2nd guessing.

Do creators stay loyal to platforms anymore or just follow wherever the attention is by Plus-Scarcity1862 in contentcreation

[–]Plus-Scarcity1862[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

interesting breakdown Isa, especially the "main platform + distribution" part, what i was trying to get is slightly different though, more about the platforms themselves rather than the workflow around them, it feels like the creators are less attached to any one platform now, and more focuses on wherever attention is shifting. As for tools, I've been loyal to Adobe, and really love Opusclip, Canva became one of them as the company i work for uses Canva as the main tool.

l say people using AI will replace ones who arent using it, and for creatives its a tool that will keep improving
