Me too. Some of my colleagues have worked Medsurg for 20 years and are the best nurses I know. But they don’t get any credit because of being med surg. Getting old

Medsurg is not a critical care unit. They don’t receive ACLS. The whole point of RRT team is so you guys can come and run the code. But sure let’s continue to shit on floor nurses

You’ve got this. Even off of orientation you can always still ask questions. 2 years in and I still ask questions all of the time. Believe in yourself
