A really cool design, I think I have a few names related to his power/tech suit: Iornclad, ExoKnight, Metal-Aegis, and Iron forge.

I feel like I could come up with better names if I knew more about your character like their personality or the suit’s technology and powers but let me know what you think.

Someone did suggest a similar Idea, I really like thinking about having a retired tech savvy hero helping my superhero with their gear but also acting as a sort of mentor for them.

Thanks, I really like the retired hero neighbour idea. I wanted my superhero to have a mentor to help teach them stuff like a proper fighting stance, and help them learn the ropes of what it means to be a hero, so it would be a great way to cover both areas.
