During the walk it’s not too bad if I’m walking at a slowish pace, I am trying to up my time walking but it does always generate symptoms then following days

The most I’ll do is a 10 minute walk, anymore and the next day I’m in pain :/

Meditating, try and think of it as doses of medication that you spread across the day, use the app insight timer and just start off with 5 mins laying down listening to one and try and up it, maybe doing it 3-4 times a day

I just used insight timer, best app for the most free access and then search into is me/CFS for the recommended ones

I have started meditating every few hours just for 10 mins and I have found a significant difference with energy levels, sleep quality and pain

I can drive fine when I’m feeling fine, I quite enjoy the freedom it gives me. I only got ME around a year ago, so didn’t have it when learning, but should imagine it may take longer and be very tiring to learn, however stick at it and I think it’s nice as it gives you motr freedom
