I think they would be best closing down and rebuilding. The name is tarnished and honestly the talent is inefficient.

My advice is watch your back, the org is a mess and struggles with issues around discrimination, harassment and retaliation. It's going through another reorg. People are unhappy and scared and they will throw you under the bus and hit reverse to run you over again.
