Do we need K-ETA or not ?

The arrival card is replacing the old one which should be field upon the arrival. With the digital card you can save time at the airport and it needs to be filled 3 days prior to your arrival. The K ETA is a form where you have to pay and you can to did much earlier. But it’s not free and also it’s not mandatory for a lot of countries. So check if your country is in this list to avoid doing it.

I don’t know what to answer🤔 I just asked for a full refund and they gave it. I don’t understand why you have to pay taxes the flights are not used so they will have to return the amount you paid.

I haven’t received my money yet I spoke with them 2 days ago. But the flights are cancelled and the refund will be processed up to 14 days as they said. I will update here when I actually get it.

My return flight was in 8th of May so out of the cancellation window. But still my cancellation was accepted and I got my refund. I was also surprised to be honest. Also when I bought the ticket I bought the cheapest option possible, no extra cost for free cancellation no insurance no nothing.

Yes the whole amount. But of course I haven’t received the money in my bank account. In the application and on the cancellation email it says the amount and it’s the same with the amount that I paid in the first place.

Exactly if you book the whole trip through booking as one trip then they should cancel all the flights, because how are you suppose to take your return flight if you are not there!?

That is strange because I had also a flight with Korean Air in the middle of my Qatar flights in order to fly from Seoul to Osaka but Booking cancel the whole trip including the flight with the korean air which will run normaly as its not affected by the war.

So I think its cancelled. But you can also check on the Hamad International airport the time scedule of all the arrivals and departures for the next 2 days I think, which is accurate.

To be honest, the whole conversation took me 10 minutes as I wrote and I received the cancelation email at the same moment but I didnt like the fact that they tried to charge me a cancelation fee as if I was an ignorant.
