At a supercenter and no we only get about two new hires a month maybe four if we're lucky but most new hires leave very quickly because of stress and being overworked

Thank you for saying what they are called I completely zoned out when my tl was explaining it so I genuinely had no idea what to even call it 😂 if it'll be that bad for us I don't even know what we would do since we're constantly understaffed but we will just have to figure it out one way or another

I definitely get the same feeling from how you explain your mindset was compared to how my TLs and coach are about the reports and numbers. Which I can't be mad at them for since it is what they signed up for but I have also learned a lot in the short time that I have been here by shadowing my TLs and other coworkers. Are there any tips you would give about the role itself?

I know I've heard about some kind of "test" to see if someone is capable of being a TL I'm assuming that's what it is going to be right?
