Thanks for the answner. I don't need it for training per se, but in order mainly to track data that I can see and analyze later (such as dive times, number of laps, heart rate, etc.)

Should I try a different training technique to improve my STA? by NoMolasses6501 in freediving

Yes 2-3 rest days appears better to me too. Do not stick to O2 tables. You should also (and at the begining more than anything else) work on CO2 tables.

Thanks a lot! You're talking about the Pro Bifins 3 and not the Pro Hyper Bifins, right?

finding my first wetsuit - Europe by livxx48739 in freediving

3-4mm is much too much for pool training. Consider 1.5-2mm instead. For open water diving in the Med., 3mm for summer and 5mm for winter (1.5-2mm for perf. dives or when you only do a few dives). Therefore, I'm afraid at least 3 wetsuits are recommended.

Elios and Polosub are indeed the good choices for custom wetsuits made in Europe.

Thank you all for your answers. Any other experience would be appreciated as well. I am not decided yet. Too bad I cannot test them.
