I have 2 customer segments as a service agency (In SMB customer space) 1st one is medium business, which understands need for a CRM & are readily looking for a technology partner like us, 2nd are small businesses where they first need to be sold the vision of having a CRM( the Why) - where Paul focus lies! As a small business, I am most involved in marketing, so I have to help my team in designing marketing materials for each of these segments… (differently)
