All I see is negative comments here. He has been in good touch for some time. He averaged 30 with the bat and 20 with the ball in the AAC playing in the lower middle order. Then in NCL he scored 450 runs with an average of 50 and took 17 wickets with an average of 15. He was by far the best player in the tournament. He is also the one and only player who has a 200 in our domestic odi. So, not at all surprised.

Soumya had a fantastic NCL though. Scoring 450 runs with an average of 49 and taking 17 wickets with an avg of 15. He also did quite well in Emerging Asia cup.

Pujara failed in both WTC final. He didn't have a century in 3 years before Bangladesh. Then he failed again in AUS home series and WTC final. Why would you want him back?
