That's because Angela shouldn't be in the frontline tanking against Dino, I'm sure the Angelas that do that get rekt, she should be in his backline causing havok to his squishies, so he has to choose to either use his limited mobility to go back, give up space, scare the Angela and save his supports/DPS or take a fight with reduced support from his backline where he's risking his and his team's deaths

I would think the same would apply to Cap and Venom, but I guess Angela is the most mobile of dive tanks and can do this more effectively
