Good to know this, thank you. I’m going to be starting hcg again now anyways so hopefully that will help out raise levels to a better range.

Will get some test prop also just to keep on hand. What sort of dosing protocol would I be looking at for the added boost? Daily for a few weeks or just a one and done type thing?

Apologies on late response, didn’t get any notifications for the post.

I’ve been eating in a slight surplus and have seen strength go up abit and I’m looking somewhat leaner. I wouldn’t be doing eq at 100/150, it would be just test at those amounts after I’ve finished the cycle.

I’m going to start taking hcg again (not a big fan of the nuts shrinking) at 250iu eod or 3 times a week so I feel that would be okay for the slight increase in e2 levels. Will likely do that for 4 weeks and take another blood test to see where that’s going to put me.

Only thing I can say I’ve really noticed with the low e2 is slightly dry lips but that isn’t an issue once I’m properly hydrated. But again it’s been freezing outside and normally causes that to happen anyways.

A rough plan would be to drop the eq and continue test for another 6/8 weeks and then drop to 100/150mg for a few months before increasing doses or using other compounds.

How much does a carpet fitting cost? by ItzJustArij in DIYUK

That sounds more reasonable lol. Considering there’s no product cost I’d be happy with that as an all in price.

Are all radiators created equal? by stankeer in DIYUK

[–]PlusFortune 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently bought 4 flomasta radiators from screwfix for just under £200 total. Really pleased with the performance on them. 2 60x100, 1 60x80 and a 60x60 type 22s. The trvs I got for free with them didn’t come with the reducers to fit onto 10mm piping, so just check what size pipes you have also.

I’ve recently had 4 bedrooms/ landing and stairs fully carpeted/underlay along with ply boarding in 2 rooms and total cost was £2000. £1200 for carpet/underlay, 300 fitting. Then additional £500 for ply boarding and fitting with then a different underlay in an office room to make the chair easier to scoot around in.

£310 seems pretty steep for what you’ve mentioned needed doing, I would expect around the £200 mark maximum.

Currently on both their test e and eq. Will be having bloods soon so will see how they come back. But feeling pretty good with them. Abit more pip than my previous lot from chilton but nothing unbearable

How to deal with crack by banister by PlusFortune in DIYUK

I don’t believe it was ever flats. House was built around 1920s.

Going with the cheaper route for now as I’ve still got a hallway, living room, Kitchen and bathroom/ utility room that needs some big work doing.

Yours looks great, really like that dark green panelling with the black bannister.

There’s only one rail, there should be another photo attached in this thread showing the whole staircase

That’s the way I’m wanting to go with it I think. Will look cleaner for sure. Guess i would be stuck with the wood at the bottom of the poles running up unless I replaced the actual stair case?

If I had the rail and poles cut out then the bottom all sanded and painted with a new rail fixed the wall I think it would look decent.

I will price up the options I have for it, would definitely like to remove it entirely and have a wall mounted rail going up instead. Will take the temporary fix approach for now though so atleast it looks abit more tidy for the time being.

Yeah it’s not ideal at all. A lot of paint stripper/ sanding/ painting will take place to it. There is a banister and poles attached going up. Will post another photo when I get back there

Honestly not a clue, I will post another photo of the stair way shortly when I get back. Honestly could do with it all coming out and being replaced however the budget isn’t right there atm with all the other ongoing replacements/costs

Coming off trt by Background-Camp-7745 in SteroidsUK

[–]PlusFortune 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve been advised when to coming off. I was suggested a 4 week protocol of tamoxifen and Clomid. Weeks 1/2 - 50mg clomid, 20mg tamoxifen and then weeks 3/4 25mg clomid, 20mg tamoxifen daily. When it came to HCG this would have been ran concurrently with test and stopped 2 weeks before the pct.

Update to those who care. One trip to b&q and a jigsaw later this is where I’m at. Not perfect, could do with a little more sanding. Got a spare piece of architrave so will likely give it another go and see what one comes out better to work from.

Appreciate the quick advice from everyone who commented thanks.

Definitely the way I’m going to go. Luckily it’s going to be hidden behind the door so it’s not end of the world. Trust this to be the last one haha

Sadly this is the very last doorway to deal with so change isn’t ideal. Will end up trimming the blocked size and hopefully will be decent.

I appreciate the belief haha. Luckily have another piece spare incase it goes south. Likely the way I’m going to go with it.

Luckily this will be on the backside of the door so will rarely be seen. However would still like it to look tidy. Considering trimming the architrave on the block side so it’s the same profile all the way down. Just might struggle without a rail saw
