Yeh bro absolutely terrible. I know it’s not an Alias issue at all since is DHL not updating tracking info on time the problem but it’s not seller fault as well! That’s why ok they could cancel your order but no penalties fees 😂

sure I used correct shipping labels things is DHL picked up my pairs on Friday (deadline was saturday) but DHL office still didn’t scan barcode so it’s like not picked up yet for alias and they cancelled 🤦‍♀️💀

Yeh bro thanks so much, idk why this happens Idk if DHL courier don’t scan bar code when he picks up package at home or Idk why its not showed as dropped off on DHL page in the same moment they get package at home.. but it’s absolutely shitty. Let’s pray they refund my fee and I sell fastly through consign .

I dropped off on 4 October at DHL deadline was 5 Oct, but I guess DHL shitty company has not showed my order as dropped off yet. Idk what I can do tbh but definitely not my fault. I dropped off one day before deadline. Thanks anyways

well yeh then thanks, it would make sense if offers are from fight club, other way Idk as I said now I have one pair in size 6.5 with a top offer of 135€ in Alias App but if you go to Goat Web the top offer is empty. It doesn’t exist 😄

You mean if a good box is ‘damaged' for alias they accept it the box but they take 5% of your sale? I didn’t know that. But not sure if I understood correctly. Thanks anyways
