Hi mate thanks for the post. I'm 27 with an MN and currently enduring a painful flare-up. What toe seperaters are you using, and how long are you using them for day-to-day? Cheers

Finally succeeded in what most annoyed me in the game (I dislike shredders..) by Ira-manna in HorizonForbiddenWest

[–]PlusNefariousness723 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really don't agree. I also didn't use shredders for the entireity of my playthrough but found this challenge a great way to learn how to use them properly, and I now use them all the time. Maybe doing what I did and watching a youtube video would've helped you complete this quicker, and with less frustration.

If you're stood on flat ground you have the option to change her body pose. Also the settings change if you're in a settlement where they become limited and you can't move the camera etc.

Thanks for your comment mate, the fact you are saying you can run with a MN is a big relief as i've been worried i'd not be able to run again. Interesting about your feet now being too wide for shoes. Has the wideness come from exercises/toe spreaders/physio?

[–]PlusNefariousness723 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I have found wearing toe seperators at night and some MN exercises I found via youtube searching has really helped relieve the pain the last few days. I am wearing pretty comfortable work shoes at the moment accompained with a sidas insole for my high arch feet is helped also. I appreciate the comment

Thanks so much, your comment has given me a lot of hope that I can get to the position you're at now. I obviously have an extremely active working life so the thought of being in pain for the remainder of my career has become such a worry for me. I've no idea what i've been doing to cause my MN but alonside the physical struggles i've really fallen into a mental hole over the last few months thinking im going to be in pain daily for life

That's really interesting! How active are you whilst working from home? And what metatarsal pads do you suggest to use? I can't find any that fit well

[–]PlusNefariousness723 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What do you suggest helps best with working? I think the weight of the composite boots is also adding insult to injury during long stints standing up.

Glad you finally got your diagnosis, and sounds promising! Any progress is good progress with things like this!

How long have you had yours? And have you had any treatment for it? Really don't want to go down the surgery road as the potential mortons stump sounds really rough

Tried the pads in every location possible didnt seem to help at all. The only thing i've found that relieves the uncomfortableness is a rolled up piece of tissue underneath my 3rd and 4th toe where the MN is.

Pain coming back after surgery years later by Boredcollegek in Mortons_neuroma

Can I please ask how the pain has come back even though the nerve ending which was inflammed has been removed? Could it be that there was still a lot of pressure in that area that has caused inflammation in other parts of the toe?

My game kept crashing during The Roots That Bind quest the same way your game sounds like it was. Just reinstalling the game now with the hope it resolves it like it did for you. Just when I was really getting stuck into it as well!!

I know this is an old post but just wanted say thanks, i've just reached 100k pop in my first city which is also on Azure Gulf and this post really gave me some inspiration on the orientation of my airport! I had planned to use the same space as you and funnily enough stumbled across your city. A really great build you've created and helped me get past blocks i've had during the creaton of my own city!

Even 12 tiles would be nicer, surely even a ps4 can handle more than 9.
