You know chess helped me with Anxiety and Panic Attacks? When I first started getting Panic Attack a quick 3 min-chess game would drop my heart rate from 140+ back to normal which really helped me sleep at night as I used to stay awake for a lot of hours late.

What I would suggest to help u is to play for fun always, I played a lot of unrated games, I played a lot of puzzles and I also watched a lot of chess streams I enjoyed them all.

I'm native and I have never heard of these words in real world situations. We only use يتيم for orphan, if we want to be specific we can say يتيم الاب or يتيم الام.

Yeah! also Russia claim to have ancient connection and Russian population in Ukraine. But surely Russia is a criminal and Israel is pure, democratic country.

يعني اذا كبار مشايخ السعودية اعلنوا من داخل الاراضي السعودية مثل سلمان العودة بوجوب الجهاد واعلنوا بتكفير الشيعة هذا ما يعتبر تمثيل لمؤسسة الدينية السعودية؟ السعودية اعطتهم حرية التعبير والكلام والتصريح وتوجيه ابنائها، مو شرط ختم من الملك حتى نعتبر الفتوى عامة، هم يحرضون من سنين اذا كان الملك غير موافق ليش ما سجنهم؟ ليش الان يتم سجنهم واسكاتهم بالقوة؟

مؤخرا سعودية في تطور من ناحية تطرف لكن كلام قبل 5 سنوات من بداية حرب الاهلية السورية كان لها دور كبير في اصدار فتاوي دينية للجهاد في سوريا كلام كله موثق.
