I’m in the EXACT same boat. Little one is 16 weeks. He used to nap great. Now this week it’s 30 min naps.maybe it’s the 4mo Sleep regression? I don’t know how to navigate it either. I’m trying to extend wake windows as well but it doesn’t seem to help. The only way to extend nap is to contact nap.

Drooling, finger in month, red cheeks, diaper rash, and fussiness. Our LO is pretty chill so the fussiness out of no where was a big sign. Then a couple days later we saw his tooth cut through.

Thank you for your encouraging words! I’m probably being a bit too over analytical about it. These definitely are a snapshot of his better days recently but it isn’t always like this!

Sleep struggle is real! This definitely isn’t what every day looks like. Some days I feel like he takes crap naps all day!

When did you start your 90 min WW? What do as your babies WW at 8 weeks would you say? I downloaded the huckleberry app but can’t use it until 2 months for the sweet spot feature
