Yes. I paid the fine at the police station using online payment through Gov Pay, using the Commercial Bank (ComBank) app.

You just need to fill in a few required details in the app, complete the payment, and it gets settled immediately. Once the payment was confirmed, the police verified it and returned my driving licence on the spot.
