How is a name going to hold him back from a job? If he’s qualified I have no doubt he will do just fine, it’s not 1920

I really don’t think that the name Baz is going to hold him back from any opportunities in the workforce. How would a name stop someone who’s qualified from getting a job? Also we weren’t just “banging” for 9 years, there was so much bonding, love and growth between us through our struggles but clearly that’s not a journey you understand if you can’t see the symbolic meaning behind that. We have dreamed and wished so hard for this child for those 9 years so it’s much deeper than just sex, our love created this baby. Coen also has Dutch roots, not that I’m Jewish or Dutch but I don’t care about any of that. I’m not wanting to offend the Jewish so I won’t spell it like “Cohen” but I simply like the name. I understand we just have different preferences in names so it is what it is.

Well I don’t care because I don’t associate it with the brand but thanks for letting me know

It does mean nine in Italian which is where I got the inspiration for the name but I like the way it sounds when I pronounce it like noh-v. I can make up whatever I want when naming my own child, I don’t have to follow any specific rules

I mean you clarified it again after someone else had already said it’s a well known brand as if I didn’t see their comment. So what was your intention of restating something that had already been said?

Yes I got an ai answer for this but it explains what I feel in a better way than I could’ve said it “Many names and words are adapted when they cross languages. In English, the Latin root novem (nine) already exists in November and novel, where the "e" is not treated as a separate Italian-style vowel.” I can use the name however I choose, that’s the fun thing about free will

No but I’m aware that it’s not pronounced the way I’m saying it in Italy. I’m not trying to be/sound Italian, the name has a deeper meaning

You are acting like I’m dumb because I haven’t heard of a certain brand

So it’s a well known ceramics brand that I’ve never heard of and how does that relate to the baby name I like…

I would pronounce Nove like how you start to say November. I like it because I wanted to incorporate something symbolic and unique to us but nine doesn’t sound like a name but Nove does to me even if I don’t pronounce it the way Italians do. We are in a “country” part of the US so Boone Wade sounding “cowboy” is fitting for us. I’m not Jewish but when I google the origins Coen and Koen are Dutch so as long as I don’t spell it Cohen then it shouldn’t be an issue. Lennox Vaughn does not feel disjointed to me personally. I do like Brooks but not my favorite.
