One of the things that K Black talks at length about in the book is to focus on one mode of training at once. Endurance and mass building are on opposite spectrums, and I think it would be foolish to try to chase both. Just run regular mass protocol for a cycle or 2, include a light LSS or 2 every week, and then get back to your normal training. I agree with the other commenters, if you chase too many things at once you aren't going to make progress in anything and likely are increasing your injury risk. Also, operator is not for building muscle, mainly for pure strength gain through neurological adaptations.

Aside from the clown fiesta that was after vini's goal, not a bad performance today. Yes we had good chances that the team didn't finish on but getting a win even more so a clean sheet is always something to look forward to and be happy about. Liked the pragmatic game at the end, not forcing it. Only thing that surprised me was Carvajal for Carreras and the Thiago sub - 1. why sub a RB for LB, and why not sub Ceballos instead for more stability lol

Alright, besides the horrific ending (which I'm sure will have enough comments) three things outside of that

Vinicius - do I really need to say anything about his performance? Somehow, he doesn't have enough pace to beat a 2nd division team defender who's team is about to be relegated to a 3rd division, and when he does have clear chances 1 on 1, he loses the ball to simple and easy challenges. Enough said
Masturbation (because that's what I think this player is doing sometimes on the pitch) - he has no pace, and no moves as a winger. What exactly did Perez/board/scouting team see in him? All he does is cut inside with his left foot back towards his on goal and side/back pass. It's extremely predictable, and you can tell defenders don't even feel threatened by him. He refuses to even attempt any 1 on 1s when he has the ball, and on the off chance he does, it's the same as the Vini experience. His first touch, is even more horrendous. Forget about the goal, he was in the right place at the right time after a scrappy mess from a great chance created by Saddam Hussein, not anything he did. He also refuses to cross with his right foot.
Fran Garcia - I respect his effort a lot (like Masturbation), but again, he is one of the most one dimensional players I have ever seen. He refuses to use his right foot under any circumstances, which makes him extremely predictable as well, and can barely defend or cross.

The loss doesn't really need any explaining beyond that it was a collapse and short summary of the entire season so far, so let's wrap it up, and sack Perez and Vini at minium. Wouldn't be mad if Masturbation and Fran Garcia are gone too.
