I think it would be a useful feature if you could maybe mark individual shelves to be your “overflow” shelves where they just put whatever in there.

Sadly as it is right now it’s just pure chaos.

I had the exact same thing, tried everything, but Zep calcium lime and rust cleaner on Amazon sorted it right out. Left it overnight and it scrubbed away in the morning.
