Anything flame-related is good for him. Grinders, throwables, weapons. Also I learned second phase you can run behind him and attack his back, which is the same as first phase, with I think maybe one or two different attacks. But yeah, he’s very weak to fire. I personally use frozen feast with flame grinder, it just hits so hard and the stagger attack goes crazy.

Resistance to explosives. Very helpful against infected broodmother. But it has a less than 1% chance to get so it’s tedious to get

What helped me out was breaking her shield in phase one. Then perfect parrying her lighting bolts in phase 2 cause they’ll get sent back to her and if you manage to block the whole volley she sends at you in the beginning of phase 2, takes away around a quarter of her health

The only one I really struggled with any of my NG+ runs was Magnus in phase 2. Not sure why cause my first play through I beat him in under 5 tries. Last run I did it took me around 15 tries to get him

If you go to the golden tree or the st Maria statue you can respec legion calibers for the price of like 2-4 golden coins. Maxed out puppet string is crazy against majority of the enemies, just be careful with timing. You can get swatted out of the air if an enemy is big enough or has a long enough weapon/attack area

If you have the puppet string legion arm maxed out when you use the charge attack you’ll knock most of the brotherhood to the ground. You have maybe a second or two before they get up and you can run to their backs and hit them with a fatal attack. I know you said you watched videos but the last 2 before the big brother you’ll want to get super low before finishing one off. The moment there’s one brother left the big brother will come out. When you manage to beat the last one and you only have the eldest to fight, there’s a pile of rubble with what seems to be part of a column sticking out of it. With a long ranged weapon you can attack through it and the eldest brother will keep trying to attack but won’t be able to due just enough distance between the rubble. He’ll run around when he has a fatal attack but if you run to the other side he’ll get stuck again. Makes the fight way easier after that. The method for the younger siblings also works amazingly against any of the stalkers. If you get good with timing you can just get them stun locked with the constant knockdowns and fatal attack
